Ons team bestaat uit mensen met een zogenaamde afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Deze mensen komen allen vanuit diverse hoeken en motivaties om een bijdrage te leveren aan ons restaurant/ cateringservice. Our team consist of people with a so called distance towards normal working environment. These people come for all kinds off corners and with all kinds of divers motivations to contribute to our café/ catering service.
Wij bieden een podium aan mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt, o.a. mensen met een beperking, u.w.v. traject, maar ook bijv. mensen met een vluchtelingstatus.
Uitgangspunt hierbij is ten allen tijde het benutten van talenten. Iedereen heeft iets waar hij/zij goed in is of een passie voor heeft. Wij ondersteunen mensen in het zoeken naar en het ontwikkelen van deze talenten.
We offer a stepping stone for people with a distance towards a normal working environment, amongst other they are people with a disability, an uwv-course (unemployment agency in the Netherlands), but also people with a refugee-status, etc.
Our starting point is always the talent off the individual. There is not a person alive today that isn’t passionate about something or is good and something, however big or small. We support people in finding thei talent and developing this.
